This 2 bed 2 bath apartment is situated on the ground floor with an awe inspiring tropical themed garden.The designers of the garden got their inspiration from the local beach, just approx 500 meters through the woods. The layout of the garden allows for great privacy and also for some shade from the mid afternoon sun.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cooking items and electrical appliances.There is dining seating for up to 4 people inside and the outside there is seating for 4 also, but the table is large enough to seat a family of 6.The master bedroom consists of a double bed, bed side lockers and a large wardrobe. Also there is a en suite bathroom of the bedroom.The second bedroom consists of a set of bunk beds and a extra foldaway single bed.In the main living area there is a large l-shaped sofa, which blends very well with the beautiful nautical theme of the living area.The kitchen and living area is separated by a partition comprising of sea shells hanging from the ceiling, then you have a mural of piranha fishes which were painted by the artist owner of this property.The owners wanted to create a special ambiance in this apartment, they took certain elements from the surrounding ocean and beach and achieved their goal.

There is an additional surcharge of €35 per week required if you the use of air condtioning is requested.
Prices are based on 4 people sharing. For additonal people there will be a weekly surcharge of €10 applicable to cover extra cleaning and laundry costs. Baby cot, high chair and single bed rental are available at a weekly price, please enquire for further details. Swimming pool opening times are from April 15th until October 15th each year. Off season rentals available, please enquire for details. |
