This beautiful studio has a very large balcony overlooking the countryside. The apartment is heated by a modern gas heating system with radiators in all rooms. The large panorama - window allows lots of light and heat in the apartment. Of course there are Blackout blinds present. The hot water is supplied by a modern gas water heater.
The living room and bedroom is also equipped with a desk, TV and stereo system, ironing board, iron and light furniture. The bright, long corridor is equipped with a wardrobe, mirror, dressing room and a shoe rack. The bathroom is a shelf for utensils. A scale and hair dryer is available. The kitchen is equipped with following devices: 4-burner stove with oven | electric AFK-kettle | Coffee Maker | complete crockery and cutlery for 5 people | Microwave & Pots, pans and bowls. The kitchen is separated from the living room by sliding door. The newly renovated bathroom has a large bath with shower attachment, wall WC, washbasin with mirror and a modern Towel dryer plus a radio. |

The 2-story apartment house is located in very convenient location of Hamburg-Meiendorf. The city center can be reached by car within 20 minutes. Many buses are nearby and the subway station Berne is only 5 bus stops and 10 minutes away on foot. The shops in the surrounding area are very good. In addition, there are numerous restaurants nearby. The bright apartment itself is at the 1st Floor of a small residential area with really nice neighbors. |
