Villa Lia is located in the basement of an elegant villa near the sea, has its own entrance with 2 car spaces, a veranda where you can cook on the barbecue, dining, furnished with chairs, table and chairs. It also has a convenient outside shower when you return from the beach.
It has three bedrooms: a master bedroom complete, a second bedroom with two double beds, a third bedroom with two double beds, which can add another two folding beds for a total of 12 beds. It has two full bathrooms. It has a living room large kitchen complete with pots, cutlery, plates, glasses. Also comes with everything you need for cleaning and routine maintenance. Costs include water, electricity and gas, are in Euro, for weekly stays arrival is Saturday afternoon and departure on Saturday morning.
You can book for different durations from week after checking that, like the weekend, will be agreed from time to time. In B & B rates include linens. Daily cleaning is left to 'tenant who keeps clean the premises during their stay. The premises are equipped with everything necessary. The cost of final cleaning is 30 Euro. In respect of others and in accordance with the existing laws smoking is allowed only in the balcony, the terrace and usually outdoors. To avoid the guests to spend the holiday weeks looking for information on where, how and when to do something, upon arrival the customer will find all the information with references. Shores and beaches equipped with related costs and conditions and service(rescue, baby parking, kids club, nursery hostesses, security, game room, fast food, etc.). |

| detailed description of town and location: | The town of Capaci is situated between the town of Isola delle Femmine, who once was their coastal village, and Carini, famous for its castle and the story of the Baroness.
The town is close to Palermo, you can arrive from Palermo at the first highway exit or from the airport in the opposite direction in 15 minutes. Besides it enjoys the railway connection Trinacria Express between the stations of Capaci and the airport Falcone Borsellino. |
