It has a beautiful promenade with fine majestic buildings. It is on the edge of the famous South Downs with the notable landmarks of Beachy Head and The Seven Sisters. Eastbourne is easily accessible by road, rail air and sea. It is well located for day trips to London (by rail) and for exploring the regions of Kent and Sussex. It is about 20 miles from Brighton. |
