On the Western Costa del Sol in Andalusia, in the region of La Axarquía, between the localities of Nerja and Torre del Mar.Approximately 50 Km by multi-lane highway to Málaga airport.Beside the beach.Two hours to the Sierra Nevada ski field.A short distance from the Caleta de Vélez marina and Baviera Golf. In the foothills of the Tejeda and Almijara Mountain natural reserves (the proximity of the coast and mountains, of up to 2,000 metres, provides a spectacular landscape). Given its geographical situation, bathed by the Mediterranean, protected by the Tejeda and Almijara mountains, and its subtropical latitude, the region of La Axarquía and particularly its coastal strip enjoys an exceptional climate. Limited rain, more than 300 days' sun a year, mild winters with average daytime temperatures between 13 and 16º and not over-hot summers, 25º-27º, considered one of the best climates in Europe. |
