My apartment Turia is located in the beach La Cala Poniente , only 40 m far. At he area is a free parking place for our tenants. The busstation to Benidorm City is 40 m in the front . You can also walk over the new promenade to Benidorm , it's only 2 km . In Benidorm habour you can make a tour to the Island La Isla . Benidorm offer for the guest the Dolphin Shows in Aqualandia and Mundomar . For the children a experience .For the night you can book Benidorm Palace with diner before the show . |

Turia has one Bed room ,one Bath room , Living room with kitchen , Terrace with view to the beach .In the bath room I offer shower, toilet,bidet.Kitchen is modern and fully fittet ,Including oven, hob, fridge freezer, microwave , washing machine and coffee maker . Living Room spacious and relaxed, includes dining area ,3 seater sofa, 4 chairs ,dining table with 4 chairs, SAT TV digital , free parking at the area .
The Extra cost are : Final - cleaning in summer 75 € , wintertime 85 € .Bedding /Towels per person 12 € , Electric use 0,26 € per KW .Security 200 € . If you arrive my apartement later then 21 pm , you have to pay by the keyholder 30 € cash . Animals 15 € per period , then cleaning 30 € higher . |
| other information: | If your are sick , we have in the beach one Doctor and in Benidorm two clinics.If you stay with car , you can make trips in the Mountains behind Benidorm . There is the village Guadelest ,a very old Castle , the waterfalls from Callossa , the Jalon Valley . |
