| detailed description of town and location: | Embedded in forest and grassland, our region provides the surroundings to relax, to go hiking, to collect mushrooms or to explore nature on a bike. For all those who are eager to do some sports, an outdoor pool, a sports field and a tennis court are provided in Edlitz. In our neighbourhood a horsefarm that offers horse riding during the summer is located. Moreover, it is also possible to go on excursions to the wind wheel with its observation deck in Lichtenegg, the place of pilgrimage "Maria-Schnee" and the fortified church street through the "Bucklige Welt". If you need further suggestions or information as well as recommendations, we are happy to help.
Products from our farm like bread, schnaps, seasonal fruit, potatoes and fresh trout can be bought at our place. |
