Georgian Farmhouse with a twin room with 3'6 mahogany beds and a bathroom down three steps from the bedroom. A family room is also available with a double and 2 single beds; the bathroom is across the landing from the bedroom.
Drawing room with television and DVD player. Tea and home-made cake served here when you arive. Breakfast using local produce where possible is served from 8 AM to 8.30 AM. Earlier by arrangement. Evening meals are available, but I need 24 hours notice as everything is freshly prepared. |

| detailed description of town and location: | Exeter - the county town of Devon is 8 Miles away. The Cathedral and Quay areas are well worth a visit. We are well situated for touring and are close to Dartmoor and Exmoor. Many of the Rosamund Pilcher films have been shot in Devon and Cornwall.
We are situated between the A396 and the B3181 roads. From the A396 turn opposite the Ruffwell Inn and continue for about 1 mile, going straight over 2 crossroads, immediately after the second turn right to Hayne House. We are half a mile down on the left hand side. |
