The house was re built and furnished for couples who want something special.
The double bedroom has a comfortable double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, radiator and fan. The shower room has a toilet, wash basin with mirror and cupboard, heated towel rail and extractor fan. Upstairs is the large living room with wood burner, television (english) DVD and CD player. There is a large comfortable sofa and 2 chairs. The south facing window looks over the village. On the top floor is the well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs and this leads out onto the wonderful roof terrace. On the terrace there is a gas BBQ, table and chairs and 2 sunloungers. The views are of open and unspoiled countryside and is very private. All rooms have south facing windows and all rooms have electric radiators. |

| detailed description of town and location: | Le Vivier is a small village of about 120 people. It is surrounded by beautiful countryside which is ideal for people who love nature and walking. The village of Fosse (2kms) has a large openair pool for July and August. The village of Caudies de Fenouilledes is 10 kms away and has a bar, restaurant, bread shop, chemist, butchers, small supermarket and doctors.
The larger town of Saint Paul de Fenouillet is slightly further away. Le Vivier is in the heart of the stunning Fenouilledes region famous for its Cathar castles, many vineyards and large choice of wines. There are many things to do and see and the coast is only about an hour away. |
