The apartment is situated on first floor and attic (about 65 m2) in a very calm and green environment. It’s equipment is very comfortable:
2 bedrooms, living and dining room, American kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven and dishwasher, bathroom with shower and toilet, television, radio and CD-player, large balcony with garden furniture and a beautiful view on the water, parking lot in front of the house. Up to four persons can be accommodated comfortably. Nearby there is a natural beach, which quickly can be reached by car or bicycle. There are shopping facilities in the neighbourhood village about 6 km away. |

In high season from July - August, we only let weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, otherwise at request.
Small or medium sized dogs are welcome at request and we charge 3 Euro per animal and night, at least 10 Euro per stay. |

| detailed description of town and location: | Our comfortable 3-room-appartment for max. 4 people is situated in a very quiet location directly at the coastal waters on the outskirts of rural Zudar on the peninsula with the same name. Zudar is imbedded in idyllic forest countryside and coastal waters, inhabited by countless birds. The region is perfect for long walking- or bicycle-tours.
The shops and a quiet approx. 6 km long beach can be reached within only a few minutes by car. From here you can discover the island or make a side trip to the lively coastal resorts and then come back and enjoy the peace and calmness. |
