An extensive 4-bedroom house, located just a few minutes away from Malta’s most sought after beach, this property is ideal for families and friends alike. St Julians is mostly known for its restaurants, bars and clubs – there is something for everyone’s taste and liking. A night out in the town offers a totally new experience from one day to another, as there is so much to see and do. Top that with a sprawling stretch of sandy beach, and you’ve got the perfect recipe for an unforgettable holiday! This holiday home offers all this within a stone’s throw, and it is fully equipped to ensure a memorable stay.
This capacious house offers an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, ideal for hosting meals for large groups of friends or family. Just off the living area one finds a good sized patio, with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities – a must for al fresco dining in the stifling summer months. The patio is also equipped with a Jacuzzi, to further ensure a hassle-free holiday. This house has four bedrooms, all of which are fully air-conditioned and spacious. There are two bedrooms with large, comfortable double beds, while the other bedrooms are made up of cozy single beds. This house also has two bathrooms, one of which is equipped with a bath-tub, while the other has a shower cubicle. This house is an ideal retreat for anyone wishing to spend a relaxing holiday while still being close to all amenities.
The house is also only 5 minutes away from the bus stop taking you to Sliema and Valletta, on which one can visit other parts of our island for a minimal bus fare. The bus ride to Sliema takes about 10-15 minutes, while to Valletta it is between 25-30 minutes. The St Julians coast also makes for a great evening stroll, or morning jogging route – with scenic views and fresh air from the nearby sea.
Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season. Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival.
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
The apartment includes basic water and electricity (200kWh) supply for the whole stay which in most cases would be more than enough, however, in the rare cases when this amount is exceeded, electricity will be charged extra at a rate of 0.35 euros per unit (1kwh).

St Julians Initially a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly upmarket and saught after residential resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St Julian's derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters.St Julian is a village for all ages and walks of life.
The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville and St Georges Bay - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casinos , numerous restaurants, cafes and other entertainment. The sea front from Gzira to St Julian's, which offers first stunning views across to Valletta and then open horizons, is a popular meeting place and ideal for walkers and joggers. St Julian's and Paceville are Malta's main nightlife areas. Picturesque St Julian's Bay, still used by fishermen, is lined with bougainvillea-clad cafés and restaurants. Paceville offers a vibrant nightlife to suit all tastes. Choose from the latest in club DJ music to quieter piano bars, an elegant casino and superb restaurants. Inland from these coastal resorts lie some of Malta's most urban yet sought-after residential areas. Nearby Sliema and St Julians resort are Malta's main coastal resort towns and a heartland for shopping, entertainment and café life. They are also key commercial and residential areas with some of Malta's newest hotels and apartments. Sliema, once a fishing town, began to develop in the early 20th century as small resort for wealthier Valletta residents. Their elegant villas and town houses line the quieter back streets.
