PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The villa consists of 4 suites:
- two suites with 3/4 beds on the ground floor ;
- a 4 people suite on the first floor and a 4 people on the second floor .

4 beds suite on the on the grand floor:
- One bedrooms (double), with extra bunk bed in the room;
- kitchenette ;
- Bathroom with services ;
- Shared equipped swimming pool;
- Extremely well furnished (washing machine , color TV , safe, Wi.Fi) ;
- outdoor heated shower ;
- Games for children;
- Wi-Fi free;
- conditioned air.
FEATURES
- independent entrance, central and quiet position;
- extreme proximity to the beach (250 mt ca);
- the use of the swimming pool and the inside spaces to the residence they are common only to the tenants of the four apartments.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Check-in 16:30 Check-out 08:30 am, however, you can leave your luggage for a few hours before check-in and after check-out;
- The balance must be paid at check-in ;
- The maximum number of people that can stay in the facility is 4, under penalty of cancellation of the contract and the loss of the amounts paid.
- The pool, of course, is not guarded by overseer , then , each parent is responsible for themselves and for their children , so you have to use the pool properly and taking normal safety precautions. The owner does not accept responsibility for your own safety .
- Pets are not allowed in the property.

Villapiana is the most popular and prestigious place in Calabria, generally called "LITTLE RIMINI" for its vast beaches with fine sand and very shallow sounding.
