New Dream Villa in Cape Coral - Villa Golf Oase
This fantastic 2015 newly built villa is located in the Southwest along a canal. The west-facing pool area is equipped with modern furniture and is protected by a large Screen.
The air-conditioned modern villa can accommodate up to eight people. An open modern living room with 65 "flat-screen TV and Sonos sound bar, kitchen with dark granite kitchen counter, dining room, four bedrooms with king size beds, 55" flat-screen TVs and private bathrooms invite you to feel good.
Another Feature of this villa is a special water treatment plant.
It uses liquid chlorine, but the salt plant produces chlorine gas, which will be added to the water by a particular system, as needed.
As a result, the water is substantially compatible with the skin and causes no skin irritation in general.
