The apartment at “civico/street no. 1” can be reached by the big garden just across, from where a lovely view of a larch tree forest can be enjoyed. The south-facing balcony, unveils Marmora Valley the mountain tops “Col Intersile”, “la Bianca” and “Rocca la Meja”.
The apartment includes a comfortable living area with sofa-bed, a well-equipped kitchen with electric cooktop, fridge, sink and dishes. The sleeping area is located on a wonderful wooden mezzanine floor set to accommodate up to 4+2 people. The area is equipped with a comfortable double bed or two single beds and a bunk bed suitable for adults. A wood-burning stove is available for heating, as well as a comfortable bathroom with shower and hot water. The internet connection wifi is available .

The Maira valley is quiet and reserved by tradition, offering ideas for totally unspoilt Alpine tourism. It is crossed by the Maira river: the first part of the valley is rather narrow with a series of narrow gorges and sections, the upper part is wider, opening out into vast basins. From there one can enjoy wonderful views over the highest peaks of the Cottian Alps.

The Maira valley visitors will discover local traditions, the provençal language, craft woodworking workshops, dairies and Merens horse breeding farms.
