Edelweiss is a wonderfully spacious apartment with 3 bedrooms and a sunny balcony. Two bedrooms have a bunk bed and one has a double bed. In addition, there is also a cot. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom with shower also has a washing machine. There is also a separate toilet. The apartment is equipped with a smart TV and the entire building is equipped with WiFi. There are also plenty of toys available. General facilities There is a heated ski storage room in the basement. On the landing of the first floor is a foosball table for general use. In the garden is a Finnish sauna (use on request). The garden is for general use. It contains a chalet with extra garden chairs, a picnic table and a playground. In summer there is also a trampoline in the garden. There is also a public playground and fitness equipment right next to Alter Kindergarten. Other information Pets are not allowed and smoking is prohibited in the entire building. You can provide bed and bath linen yourself, but can also be rented for €15 per person. Our prices include mandatory final cleaning. No administration costs will be charged. The rental condition is the down payment of approximately 20%. We would like to receive the remaining amount no later than 14 days before arrival. Check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival and check-out before 10:00 on the day of departure.

In winter, the fantastic Tauplitzalm ski area is just as beautiful as the extensive cross-country skiing area in the valley. Bad Mitterndorf with its healing springs and spa center has been a spa town since 1972.

Bad Mitterndorf is an excellent place for a winter sports holiday. It is only 2 kilometers away from the ski area on the Tauplitzalm. Furthermore, the area around Bad Mitterndorf offers very extensive trails for cross-country skiers. Ski rental is available nearby and there are plenty of ski schools for beginners and advanced skiers. It is also possible to take a ski jumping course.

A free ski bus to the slopes leaves from the city center, a 2-minute walk from the apartment.

In addition to skiing, you can also make the necessary laps on the ice rink nearby. The less active winter sports enthusiast can be tempted to a sleigh ride through the beautiful surroundings of Bad Mitterndorf or an evening tobogganing, very exciting! You can also spend the day in the spa’s indoor pool or visit the sauna. There is also a covered squash court, tennis court and climbing wall within walking distance.

Bad Mitterndorf is also a lot of fun during the summer. The beautiful surroundings offer plenty of opportunities for recreation. There are countless interesting cycling routes and beautiful mountain lakes with sunbathing areas and sailing opportunities. You can take a beautiful mountain hike yourself, but there are also many excursions possible.

For horse lovers there is a riding school nearby. Do you prefer adventures? Gröbming Adventure Park is close by. Golf is also an option. For a view from a great height, step into one of the ski lifts, which are also operational in summer.

Close to the complex is a heated outdoor swimming pool. A children’s playground, miniture golf and tennis facilities are within minutes of the complex. There are opportunities for tennis clubs to organize a tennis week with daily use of the outdoor and/or indoor tennis courts. Music lovers can enjoy one of the many open-air concerts that take place in the sports park in summer. Lots of options!
