Our apartment is located on the second floor of the four-story apartment house Karlwirt and provides accommodation for 2 to 6 people. Wi-fi FREE included in the price. The apartment has two rooms, a connecting corridor and a large balcony. Bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Living room with kitchenette and sofa bed. The balcony is accessible from both rooms.

APARTMENT EQUIPMENT
Kitchen area: Kitchen unit, glass ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric oven, immersion blender, kettle, toaster, toaster, contact grill, fridge with freezer, dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, Teflon pans, an above-standard number of plates, cutlery, mugs and bowls of various sizes. In the kitchen, we leave basic spices, salt, sugar, vinegar... simply things that are only packed a little at a time for the holidays :-). If you use them up, you can buy new ones :-).

Living room: folding sofa set, LCD TV for playing movies, folding dining table, 6 chairs, high chair, storage space - shelves, clothes hanger. Tissues are also available.

Hallway with wardrobes: space for storing things, vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer.

Bedroom: double bed, spacious custom-made bunk bed (2 beds above each other), bedding, sheets, LCD TV for playing movies, tidying up area - shelves, clothes hangers, board games, toys for children.

Balcony: Spacious balcony along the entire length of the apartment facing south, entrance from the living room and from the bedroom, 3 sunbeds, bench.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer and cleaning products.

In the corridor there is a drying room with a washing machine / dryer and a second toilet belonging only to our apartment. Here you will find cleaning products, supplies of toilet paper and bags for sorted waste.

Surroundings of the house: behind the house is a wooden house for children with toys and a sandpit.

EATING
In the fully equipped kitchen. If you don't want to cook, you can eat in the Brückenhof restaurant (50 meters from the house on the main road) or in the Tenne pub right in the parking lot in front of the house.

Lovers of skiing - downhill and cross-country skiing, cycling, hiking or mountaineers will enjoy themselves. Directly in front of the house are daily groomed cross-country trails and hiking trails. Distance 300 meter is the Rittisberg ski resort with many attractions for children in winter and summer. In the valley there is a well-known ski resort with 4 hills - Ski Amade (Schladming). It is only 1.5 km to the center of the village, where you will find shops, banks, restaurants, swimming pool, sauna, etc. The bus stop is in front of the house by the main road.
