The apartment is located on the ground floor. The large and bright living room, equipped with a wood-burning fireplace, spacious sofa, satellite TV and TV-on-demand, dining area and a small library, is perfect for evenings to be spent in company or in total relaxation. Next to the lounge, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven and everything you need. The two double bedrooms, characterized by a modern alpine style, are very particular: the theming is based on the material used. For one room we used Swiss stone pine, for the other larch, all wood from the forests of the Ladin valleys. The rooms have separate bathrooms covered in natural plaster. The rooms overlook two panoramic balconies.
The upper floor is completely dedicated to wellness. Here you will find a modern sauna, bio or Finnish, Kneipp basin, shower and two balconies, one of which with a Jacuzzi.

The exterior of the chalet is no less. For children, the playground will be an irresistible attraction. While you will enjoy the fresh, pure air chatting at the table on the terrace surrounded by a beautiful lawn.

It is not far from the quiet meadows around the Chalet Batacör to the popular Val Badia and the Val Pusteria! The strategic location of our house makes your vacation very varied. After experiencing the intimate moments on the mountain, it is only a few kilometres to find yourself in some cult places in the Dolomites.

Get to know the exclusive towns of San Vigilio, Corvara and La Villa and their mythical mountains all around: Sella, Fanes and Sassongher, which, to name only a few, are an impressive scenery. Visit historic and artistic cities such as Brunico and the former episcopal city of Bressanone, and stroll through the alleys of the historic centres.

Or do you prefer to enjoy the cosy and rustic atmosphere? No problem: the nearby Longiarü is the starting point for a wonderful excursion into the Valle dei Mulini. A place of power in the midst of authentic Ladin culture, between unspoiled beauty and rural tradition. Why choose between peace, nature and a hint of the big wide world, if you can have it all?
