Parking is available on the property.
Included in the rental price:
parking spot, dishes, cutlery, towels, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine, blankets, upholstery, bed linen, hairdryer, TV, W-LAN, etc.

Please wash the dishes with the DISHWASHER.
DO NOT SMOKE IN THE HOUSE.
With SHOE do not go into the room.
DO NOT DISPOSE HAIR from the HAIR BRUSHES in the WASHBASIN or SHOWER. (Constipation)
Put the garbage into the gray bin (not into the green bin).
Empty plastic bottles please squeeze.
Go with the apartment, with the house and the things provided to you as with your own.
