Our big house is classified as a heritage monument, symbolizing big farm yards in the late 19th century. We have restored the place and converted the main building into holiday flats and one flat for ourselves.

The offer presented here consists of a combination of 2 flats in the same part of the house, ground floor (i.e. flat 3) and first floor (i.e. flat 2). There is a door in the hall to separate the flats or use them together with friends.
The German Tourist Board classified the flats as 4 Star accomodation.
Both flats have a well equipped kitchen and a shower bath, a sitting room with couch and TV, and a dining table.

Flat 3 has 1 bedroom for 2 adults plus the children`s room with a baby bed (140 cm in length) and and extra bed of 90 cm by 200 cm. This bed can be converted into 2 low beds, same size, if needed for older children or another adult.
Flat 2 has 2 beds for adults, a small writing desk, but no extra equipment for children.

There is a big yard around the house and garden furniture to enjoy sunny days. The yard is fenced, thus children can play withour the risk of cars.
You can rent bicycles for adults and children - and we provide tickets for the hot-well spa at Bad Wilsnack at reduced price.

Unfortunately, the internet facilities in the village are poorly as far as some providers are concerned - but we can offer you to read your mails on our computer, it that is important for you.

Public transport to and from our village is very poor, hence, you better bring your car.

No-smoking flats, we do not accept pets in our flats.

Our village Legde/Quitzöbel is formed by several small villages, i.e. our village of Roddan has about 100 inhabitants. The region is very thinly populated, low traffic, fresh air, protected nature around and forests with deer.

There is a system installed of cycling by numbers, i.e. you need not read out the names of villages, just plan you route by the map and follow the signposts with numbers to guide you.

There are several points of interest: small towns, old churches, mansion houses, riverside, watching birds and protected plants in the forests and fields.
If you hit on a rainy day, there is a chance to travel to BERLIN on a regional train on a day return ticket for up to 5 persons. Travelling is just over 1 hour and the connection runs every hour.

The small spa Bad Wilsnack is at a distance of 8 km, and you can do your shopping there, find restaurants and spend the day in a fabulous hot-well pools arrangement with several sauna facilities.
