The apartment is located in a quiet residential area very close to the centre of the Venice Lido, direction San Nicolò. It is a 5 minutes' walk from the beach and an 8 minutes' walk from the bus/waterbus terminal of Santa Maria Elisabetta. There is a large supermarket 2 minutes away on foot and all other amenties/shops are less than 10 minutes away. It is a fifteen minute boat ride to Venice.
