The apartment consist of spacious Living/Dining Area with 3 seater sofa, TV unit, coffee table and Dining Table for 4 people. There is air Conditioning in the Living Room.
There are 2 bedrooms. Master bedroom is with double bed and spacious wardrobe and windows overlooking swimming pool. Second Bedroom is with 2 single beds and wardrobe overloooking park and marshlands. At the front there is a terrace with 6 chairs and B&Q. Cweiling fans and low voltage lighting in every room. There is one bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and wc, towel hunging rails and wall cupboards. Kitchen is comfortable with natural ventilation and terrace. You will find electric oven, hob, sink, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, koffee maker tea kettle, plates glasses, sausepans, frying pans and everything you will need for cooking. On the terrace there is washing machine, clothes dryer and a boiler. Outside the block there are many parking spaces.
The above prices are for 4 people in the property, covering bed linen, towels and water usage. To reserve 30% of the total price is required to reserve a holiday time.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival, together with breakages deposit. Breakages deposit is 50 euros for 4 persons payable with the balance.
40 euros extra for the cleaning of the apartment and towels payable to the cleaner/key holder on arrival.
Breakages deposit is refundable subject to satisfactory property inspection, by the cleaner keyholder week after the departure.
Long term rentals welcome. The rent is 300 euros per month plus bills for the usage of water and electricity. 2 months deposit is required + 1 month rent in advance. The owner pays community charges and taxes.
Pick ups from the airport of Alicante or Murcia are possible to arrange and that cost 50 or 25 euros.

Apartment in a quiet location, on the outskirts of San Pedro del Pinatar, next to Thalesian Hotel. The apartment easily caters for 4 people. San Pedro is a typically Spanish town with lots of activities including water sports such as sailing, wind surfing, jet skiing, canoeing, fishing, para gliding, water skiing, boat trips, horse riding, bird watching. Festivals and events are taking place throughout the year in the town square. San Pedro has got weekly street markets; on Monday in San Pedro and on Thursday in Lo Pagan, with freshly grown fruits and vegetables and other goods. The town offers authentic Spanish feel with several tapas bars/ restaurants and other types of cuisine available. Also banks, night clubs, casino, wide range of shops and supermarkets can be found there. The nearest supermarket iwithin 15 min walk is the Mercadona, or within 10 min drive you have Lidl, Carefour or Eroski at Dos Mares -20min. The local area is very flat and ideal for walking and cycling.
