Completed in autumn 2007, this bright and airy individually designed cottage is constructed of structurally insulated panels and has a heat recovery ventilation system.
The accommodation, all on ground floor (level access at rear), comprises: lounge / dining room / kitchen, 1 double bedroom with 5 ft double bed and extensive wardrobe and cupboard space, bathroom with shower over double width 3 / 4 bath, toilet & basin. There are slate floors throughout.

There is underfloor electric central heating.

All fuel (electricity), power, bed linen (duvets and egyptian cotton sheets) & towels are included in the price.

The cottage is fully furnished and fully equipped including: Freeview TV, DVD player (small library) Radio / CD player, Fridge, Elec raised two ring; Combination m / wave / oven / grill, freezer, washer / dryer.

There is parking for 2 cars.
 
There is an enclosed lawned garden with decked sitting out area & furniture & BBQ.

A welcome pack is provided that includes coffee, milk, sugar, shortbread and a selection of teas.

Non smokers only. No pets. Maximum 2 persons.

Rates for longer periods by arrangement, maximum booking 12 weeks. Rent includes a weekly change of bedlinen and towels and a light weekly clean in addition to the services mentioned above.

Bookings for less than one week (minimum 3 nights) by arrangement.

Off-season rates by arrangement.

A housekeeping / security deposit is payable; this sum is refunded at the end of the rental provided the cottage is left in the condition it was in at the start.

Situated in rolling countryside just outside Milngavie, approximately 10 miles north of Glasgow city center, and approximately 20 miles from Loch Lomond, afford the cottage easy access to the city for culture and shopping, to tourist attractions in Scotland for sightseeing and to the countryside for sports and relaxation. Milngavie is the start of the West Highland Way for walkers and is close to remains of the Antonine Wall. There are many golf courses nearby. Stirling and the Trossachs are within easy reach and Edinburgh is within 50 miles.
