The self-catering cottage Landhaus Tauernblick has a floor space of 350 sqm and is divided into three floors. It has 10 bedrooms with a total of 31 beds.

A large parking lot in front of the house can accommodate about 8 vehicles or even a bus. Heating is provided with oil heating throughout the house and WiFi Internet is of course available for free in the house. Outside there is a large barbecue available for the summer months, as well as enough garden furniture.

Division:

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped living-dining kitchen and a large lounge with satellite TV and music system. On this floor, there are also two double bedrooms, each with a sink in the room, a separate toilet and a bathroom with two showers.

The first floor is divided into a total of four triple rooms (each with a double bed and a single bed) and a double bedroom. Each room has a closet and its own sink. On this floor there are two separate WC's and a bathroom with shower.

On the second floor there is another living-dining kitchen with seating for 6 people. On this floor there are three triple rooms (each with a double bed and a single bed), each with a closet. There is a washbasin in one of the rooms and two of the rooms each have their own balcony. In addition, there is a mansard playroom which is about 1.20 meters high and is equipped with two double mattresses. There is also a large bathroom with two sinks and a bathtub and a separate toilet, a washing machine and two drying rack.

Furthermore, there is a ski cellar in the basement and a living room or party room with a large freezer and two double wardrobe beds. For infants or babies, a cot and a high chair are available for free.

MANDATORY COSTS:

15 € per person once for utilities: final cleaning, garbage fees & water

5 € per person once for heating costs: electricity, oil & wood.

(Children under 15 years do not pay local tax).

500 € deposit once (in cash on the spot or credit card deposit).

Our house Tauernblick has a flat driveway and is located above the Katschberg Bundestrasse (B99) in the direction of Obertauern.
The hut is easily accessible by car, but in winter snow chains are required.



The house is located about 5.2 km from Radstadt, which is also called the "Old Town in the mountains". The ski area between Radstadt and Altenmarkt, is popular for its modern lifts, excellently groomed wide slopes and the longest, floodlit toboggan run in the area.

The ski area is part of the Salzburger Sportwelt region and is located in the center of Ski amadé, one of the largest ski associations in Austria with a total of 760 km of slopes and 270 state-of-the-art lifts. This includes areas such as Schladming (about 20 km) or Flachau (about 8 km).

Even in summer Radstadt active holidaymakers have a large number of marked hiking trails and 500 km of well-signposted bike routes to choose from. For golfers, there is an 18-hole tournament course and a 9-hole public course.

The ski bus stops are in the immediate vicinity, in about 500 meters away, and bring you for free in the ski areas in the area: Radstadt and Obertauern.

One of the excursion destinations in summer is the game and theme park in Untertauern which is about 5 km from the house. It covers an area of ​​11 hectares and accommodates 40 wild animals in the open enclosure. The amusement park for the whole family is directly connected to the wildlife park. There is a specially created lake with sunbathing area, as well as a wide range of summer sports activities.
