Casa Moinho is a terraced house situated in a quiet residential area in the middle of the idyllic Ferragudo, a 5-minute walk from the central village square with cafes, restaurants and small shops. The small settlement, in which the Casa Moinho is situated, is only a few residents, in the rear part of the house are gardens, so that the house despite the central location offers a quiet and relaxing holiday. There is a parking lot directly in front of the house.

The house has 2 floors, in the lower part is an open and bright living and dining area with a completely newly equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor is a twin bedroom and another bathroom. Terrace with garden in front of the living room and the bedroom, above roof terrace with panoramic view.
