Outside it also has a comfortable veranda with wooden gazebo, equipped with table and chairs, where you can have breakfast, lunch or a pleasant dinner in the Mondlich
all framed by a large, well-lit garden.
The outdoor area is provided by a shower with very comfortable hot water when returning from the sea and at the back by an additional paved terrace of about 40 square meters with adjoining laundry area (washing machine, sink and large clothesline are available to guests).
The villa is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort, such as oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, professional hairdryer with diffuser, washing machine, clothesline, TV, air conditioning and mosquito nets in each room, dishes and cookware.
Villa NoIrè enjoys a strategic position, in a very good area and at the same time well served:
just 900 meters from the most famous beaches of Torre Lapillo, where the most famous beaches of the area alternate with free beaches, and just 200 meters you can reach the main services such as market, gas station, tobacconist, kiosk, pharmacy, medical service.
