This exclusive holiday home is located just 3.5 km from the magnificent sandy beach of Es Trenc and 1.5 km from Sa Rapita.

The house belongs to a small group of only seven houses, situated on a separate, adjacent property, which share a spacious pool area. In addition to the 100 sq m pool, there is a 50 sq m pool house and approximately 400 sq m of sun terraces.

Free Wi-Fi is available for our guests in the pool area.

Palma's city center is about a 30-minute drive away, and the airport is about 25 minutes away.

Marriott's 18-hole golf course, "Son Antem," is just 17 km or a 15-minute drive away. Sa Rapita is a quiet resort town with low-rise buildings and no hotels.

The marina is located at the edge of town, where the sandy beach of Sa Rapita-Es Trenc begins.

It is one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. It connects Sa Rapita with the village of Ses Covetes and then continues to Colonia de Sant Yordi. The expansive, fine sandy beach with the dunes behind it is a protected nature reserve.

There are small supermarkets, a pharmacy, and various restaurants in the village (approx. 2 km).

Excellent shopping opportunities can be found in Campos (10 km) with large supermarkets, specialty shops, and a large weekly market.
