Vila Maria in Praia do Carvoeiro-Praia de Benagil sleeps 2-6 and is a detached villa with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate toilet, a large living room with aircon and dining area and sliding doors directly to a large terrace to the pool of 7×5 meters and outdoor shower. 1 bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, aircon,ceiling fan and a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a large sofabed for 2 people. These two bedrooms share a modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, and double sink. Bedroom 3, the master bedroom is very large, with aircon and ceiling fan, own TV, wardrobes, separate stove for a romantic winter and a double bed. Private bathroom with tub, shower, toilet and double sink. Sliding doors to garden and private terrace.

Cozy kitchen with appliances. There is a barn with firewood, washing machines, and dryer and in the garage, you can park your car. The 4.000m2 garden is beautifully landscaped with walkways and a fine collection of palms (a hobby of the owner). In the winter months, you can comfortably heat Vila Maria with infrared panels, the cozy wood-burning stove and with the air conditioning. The villa is very private and quiet yet not isolated. Just 800m from the sandy beaches Benagil and Praia do Carvalho and just minutes from other, larger beaches such as Praia da Marinha and Praia Centianes in Carvoeiro, the lovely fishing village with many restaurants, shops, and cafes. In Benagil, at 4 minutes drive, there are several restaurants to serve you a wonderful dinner.

Villa Maria is only 45 minutes away from Faro airport, is centrally located and the nearest golf course (par 3and 9 holes) is located a 2 minutes drive away and the courses of Gramacho and Pestana are reached in 5 minutes more. For the kids there’s plenty of entertainment in the immediate vicinity; boat trips along the caves, water parks in Estombar and Alcantarilha, Zoo Marine in Guia, where also the Crazy World minigolf and go-kart track is found. The house book in the villa offers many other suggestions.
