The wide clean sandy beach is 150 meters from the house. Bus stop 50 meters and 2.5 kilometers center of Denia. The cottage with shared pool (ca.50m away) and the closed site offers guests a quiet stay undisturbed. A parking space is also available directly at the house. The comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed, air conditioning, underfloor heating for the winter and the high-quality cuisine that is for every guest feel at all like the seasons. The patio is furnished with two lounges and deck chairs. Grilling brings the evening to a successful conclusion. The two bedrooms are fitted with 2 single beds, which can also be set to double beds. A washing machine is stationed in the basement. For security, a safe in the wall is well established here, the guest can set his own numbers.

Ex. to the rental fee is charged once an amount of 75.00 € for final cleaning. Linen / towels per person 10,00 €. This benefit may also be provided in personal contribution. Deposit € 200.00 will be paid back after departure. Electricity costs per day than € 3.50 flat fee. With increased consumption, the costs are deducted from the deposit.
