There are three bedrooms which can sleep up to eight people (2 full size folding beds available), two bathrooms (one en-suite), an American kitchen with utility room and a large lounge which offers panoramic views of the breathtaking scenery overlooking the Mediterranean Sea towards Gibraltar. On a clear day, you can see the mountains of Africa! It has telephone, WiFi internet access, air conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, and a CD and radio/cassette player.

Local activities include swimming, golf (several courses are very near), tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, aquaparks, amusement parks, and other attractions. The property benefits from the exclusivity given by the security gates at the entrance to the development complex and is flanked by other villas. Mijas is 5 mins by car, Fuengirola and the beach are 10 mins by car and Marbella 20 mins. The nearest international airport is Malaga (10 miles). We also have a car to rent at very good rates, an VW Touran 5-7 seater with aircon. Linen is changed every week. The pool and garden are very well maintained. The nearest shop is a mini supermarket at the petrol station just down the road (open until midnight) and there is a larger supermarket just along the road to Benalmadena called Carrefour and the big Euromarket in Fuengirola.
