The living room is about 49 m² and has Blu-ray player, TV, kitchen with dishwasher and a spacious dining area.

The large hidden courtyard (28 m²) with a private pool (17 m²) with and underwater spotlight is equipped with umbrella and teak wood. Through the courtyard you reach the sleeping area with two rooms (14 m² and 12 m²) with two single beds and one double bed. The spacious daylight bathroom (14 m²) has a shower and separate toilet as well as a washing machine.

Also via the courtyard you can reach the partly covered sun terrace (49 m²) with fantastic sea views of the bay of Costa Calma.

Minimum stay seven nights.
Occupancy with two persons 116,00 EUR per night, each additional person per night from 15,00 EUR more.
One-time final cleaning fee 95,00 EUR.
Costs for fiber-optic Internet access (100MBit/s) via Wi-Fi, electricity and water are included in the rental price. Pool net bookable on demand for 80,00 EUR.

Deposit at booking 20%, further deposit four weeks before arrival 30%, balance two weeks before arrival each by bank transfer.

· up to 35 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
· up to 21 days before the start of the rental: 60% of the rental price
· up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 90% of the rental price
· otherwise (after 14 days before the start of the rental) 100% of the rental price

The property is located just a few minutes walk from the white sandy beach in a well maintained gated community. On the Costa Calma begins the approx. 25 km long sandy beach. All year round, you can practice many sports activities in the same pleasant climate. Water temperatures are almost always between 19-24 degrees, even over Christmas. Extensive shopping facilities, good restaurants, several car rental stations for individual island tours are within a few minutes.
