“Villa Seniola” is a stylish and contemporary standalone villa boasting stunning panoramic views. Ideally located just a short walk from the historic center of Jávea/Xàbia and only 1.5 km from the beach, it offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort.

The property features a private swimming pool, a well-maintained garden, two spacious terraces, and a charming naya with a lounge and dining area. There are five double bedrooms and three bathrooms (one of them en-suite), as well as a spacious living-dining room designed to accommodate up to ten guests comfortably, plus an additional large sitting area.

The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning and heating via a heat pump. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

On the ground floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen (including microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, and utensils for ten guests), as well as the main lounge-dining area and a cozy naya — perfect for relaxed breakfasts.

Upstairs, there are three additional double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one en-suite), another generous living space, and access to a terrace. Satellite TV and a DVD player are also provided for your entertainment.
