The "Garden View" suite is a contemporary double room with small en-suite sitting room (with a sofa-bed), kitchenette and shower room.. It is one floor up: long staircase with 22 steps!

The "Dawn/Aurore/Morgenlicht " bedroom and bathroom are one floor up, on the east side of the house. Two French windows with Art Nouveau ironwork railings open on our quiet street.
The room is furnished with antiques. The marble bathroom, decorated with charcoal sketches,
is next door. Note: Long staircase with 22 steps!

The "Zen" room Zen bedroom and bathroom, decorated in a Japanese style, are located on the mezzanine floor of the house: a large double bedroom with a real futon bed
and its own bathroom with its new walk-in shower.


All rooms are equipped with high-speed wireless internet.

You will be twenty minutes from Maastricht, Spa and Tongeren and one hour from Brussels and Aachen, a stone's throw away from the beautiful walks in the Pays de Herve, the Hesbaye or the forests and villages of the Ardennes.
The house is close from the very center : 1.6 km ; easy to go down, and the walk up the hill from town quite manageable. If you don't think so, buses () will take you from down town to the corner of your street.

As an important tourist city in Wallonia, Liège has innumerable riches in store waiting to be discovered. The characteristic districts, the river Meuse, which transects from South to North, the abrupt and wooded hills surrounding it as well as its marked relief, providing a multitude of original perspectives give the city an exceptional charm.

A very current folklore kept alive by a positive-minded population, always ready for a feast, lively districts and a large number of restaurants all combine to make this an essential part of any trip to Belgium, not to mention its vigorous cultural and artistic life and a considerable architectural heritage.

The surrounding area also offers a vast array of options for walking and cycling tourist visits.
