Self-catering accommodation consisting of two bedrooms (one double one twin), one bathroom, full optional kitchen (large fridge with separate freezer, gas cooker with 4 burners, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and an abundant selection of cutlery, crockery, glasses, cups, pots, pans and accessories). Large living room with LED TV 32” (there are a couple of sat-channels in English) and 2 storage rooms with: washing machine, drying rack, iron and ironing board, shoe rack and coat hanger. A large sunny balcony with a retractable sun awning and furnished with table, chairs, sun loungers, facing east with beautiful views of the hilly hinterland. The living room and both bedrooms are equipped with independent air conditioning system.
Autonomous heating system with programmable thermostat, available on request with extra charge.
CHECK IN and CHECK OUT time: the apartment is available at 02:00 P.M. on the day of arrival and must be vacated not later than 10:00 A.M. on the day of departure. Customized check in/out time on demand and availability. Extra fees may be applied.
Accommodation price including electricity, water, gas and condominium fees:

Suitable for maximum 5 guests (including both adults and children) and one infant (under 3 years) . Not suitable for disabled people with wheelchairs. Pets not allowed. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. Exceptionally you can smoke on the balcony, but it is recommended to pay close attention to the cigarette butts.
Located in an elegant and quiet building, top floor (on the 3rd floor with elevator) a few steps from Bardolino historic center and 150 meters from Lake Garda and its beaches. Nearby the lake view promenade and all the amenities like fine restaurants, vine bars, fashion shopping. Near the bus station, pharmacy, tourist information, post office, supermarket, ATM and minigolf.
On request with extra charge one nearby parking space in a single independent garage It is located in Via Marconi about 300 meters walk from the apartment. Available no charge (about 650 meters away) one unattended outdoor parking space for one vehicle. It is accessible with the supplied magnetic key-card. Shared bicycle storage facility.
Security deposit: € 150.00 to be paid cash on arrival and which will be refunded on departure if no damage is found.
Final cleaning: compulsory fee of € 50,00 to be paid in order to carry out the cleanings. In any case, the kitchen must be left clean and tidy, as well as pots and pans. The garbage must be removed and deposited in the appropriate waste containers, placed down in the street. Separate waste collection system. In this accommodation we do not provide any daily cleaning service.
You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them from us on spot.
