The original cellar rooms in the basement were renovated, the room height is slightly lower, so the quality of the floors varies. The spacious studio is therefore particularly suitable for children or family members who like to live in a house together.Of course, the entire house is also available for 4 adults.

Two parking lots are available directly in the front of the house.
