Bandol (5 min) - A small bathing resort, next to Sanary. Provides some nice beaches as well a Casino and a nightclub.
Le Castellet (10 min) - Small village on a woody mountain, surrounded by vineyards has a preserved town wall and a careful restored church, as well as a castle of which origins go back into the 11th century.
Toulon (15 min) - Capital of the local department, it is notable for its history. Napoleon had his first military victory here and the city harbors the second largest war port of France. After the occupation by Germany in WWII, the French fleet sank itself in the port, so that it could not be used against France.
