Our bungalow is located in Schiopparello, the village about 5 km east of Elba's main ferry port and Portoferraio, on the north coast, about 50 meters above the Gulf with a view of the Gulf of Portoferraio.

Many beaches, both on Elba's north and south coast, lure between 1 - 4 km. Depending on the direction of the wind, you may choose the coast for bathing.

9-hole golf course, tennis, 3 German sailing schools (for children optics courses, but also all official DSV sailing certificates), Italian sailing school, riding school and diving center are within a distance of 200m - 4 km. Several yacht charter companies, ports, marinas.

Directly behind the house starts a slightly ascending hiking trail up to delightful panoramic views of the Gulf of Portoferraio and - for ambitious hikers - the high-mountain road of Elba.

Due to the quiet, traffic-free location, you can enjoy peace and relaxation amidst beautiful Mediterranean vegetation after a warm beach day in our garden.

The beach in Schiopparello can be reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes, or 3 minutes by car.
