The holiday home is designed for an occupancy of 4 persons, but two more guests can stay overnight on the sofa bed in the living room. In the 2 bedrooms you can spend relaxing nights in boxspring double beds. In addition, both bedrooms and the living room have plenty of storage space for your belongings. In both bedrooms a hardwood floor is laid (Spanish walnut) and in one bedroom a clay wall provides a pleasant room climate. ATTENTION: Room height in the bedrooms only 2.00 / 2.07 m (so nothing for "grown-ups").

The bathroom has a washbasin and toilet as well as a bathtub and shower.
In the kitchen you have a stove, dishwasher and fridge-freezer. Sufficient cutlery and crockery are available, you can feel at home here.

The living room is very spacious and has a seating group and a chilly couch landscape to relax (and after conversion into a sofa bed also for staying overnight). Large-screen TV with BluRay player and satellite TV is also available. In the living room laminate is laid as a floor.

From the living room you have access to a roofed terrace, on which lounge furniture invites you to relax and sit together. In addition to the terrace, the courtyard of your holiday home also has a barbecue area and a smoking corner.

In the house and on the terrace you have access to the free WLAN. Parking is available in front of the property, a car can also be parked next to the house in a lockable driveway. Bicycles can be "parked" in a lockable shed on the property.

Shopping facilities are within walking distance of the house: discounter Lidl, Bäcker Dreißig (also open on Sundays) and drugstore Rossmann.

Lübben as a state-approved resort is the ideal starting point to discover the wonderful Spreewald. But Lübben is not as touristically overcrowded as other places in the Spreewald, here it is more relaxed. No matter if you prefer a comfortable boat trip through picturesque landscapes or on your own by canoe or bicycle, the Spreewald will fascinate you.

From Lübben you can also visit the Spreewald village Schlepzig with its brewery, distillery and many other highlights, make an excursion to Burg (Spreewald) with a visit to the Spreewald therme or visit the Slavs castle Raddusch.
