The little studio joana is located at the southern coast of Formentera, right next to the longest sandy beach of the island – Platja de Mitjorn. The bay is more than 6 km long and with its white sand and crystal clear water it´s one of the most beautiful holiday areas of Formentera.

The house is an independent building on a 2000qm big propety with pine-trees and sand dunes, less than 300 m from the sea. This unique setting is the perfect combination of silence and privacy on one hand and proximity to the beach on the other. It`s an independent building, no apartment complex. Next neighbours about 50m away.

This romantic studio for two, provides a living/bed room with kitchenette and a bathroom. It has a small roofed terrace in front of the house and a private garden behind the house. There are various garden furnitures to spend relaxing hours outside. From the rooftop you have an excelent view of the sea and the sunset.

The whole area is a Holidayresort. There are "Las Dunas Playa", "Apartamentos Las Dunas" and "Bungalows Dunas". There is a supermarket nearby (100m) with everything you need during your stay, there is also a restaurant about 100m from the house with a georgous swimmingpool overlooking the sea. You can use the pool if you take something to drink in the restaurant. You can walk to the beach in 3 Minutes. It´s the longest sandy beach of the island with more restaurants and beachbars, including the legendary "Pirata Bus".
The next village is "ES CALO" more or less 2 km from the house.
