La Collina degli Ulivi Perugia, is an inviting structure typical of the rural areas of the last century. The house is located on a small hill along the Tiber valley in central Italy near Perugia and Umbertide. Immersed in a vast agricultural valley with vines, olive trees and wheat. In a few hours by car you can reach Rome, Florence and the Adriatic sea. Immersed in greenery, in a place out of this world, but close to the main roads, in the middle of a wild landscape, La Collina degli Ulivi is a rustic farmhouse equipped with all modern comforts. The house is the ideal place for a holiday, relaxing and visiting the art cities of Umbria: Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Spoleto, Orvieto, Spello, Todi. The farmhouse consists of five apartments, each apartment has its living area with a bedroom and a bathroom:

.PASSIFLORA is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, a bathroom, a double bedroom and a living room with a double sofa bed for a total of 4 people (from 80 euros per apartment and day).
.GINESTRA is an apartment consisting of a dining room with kitchenette, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and a living room with double sofa bed and single bed for a total of 5 people (from 90 euros per apartment and day).
