Beautiful, quiet location with stunning panoramic views

In Benalmádena Pueblo, not far from Málaga and Marbella, located in the coastal hills above the coastline, with stunning panoramic views of the sea and the Costa del Sol, you will find this oasis of relaxation and a luxury villa for rent.

The villa is located in Pueblo Rancho Domingo, a small urbanisation with only 6 houses. This small community shares a large beautiful garden, sunny terraces and a huge freshwater pool.
You are guaranteed to find your favourite spot here! You have a wide choice for it. Either on the large private terrace with a breathtaking view of the coast and the sea, or as a shady spot under the orange tree and near the fountain in the inner courtyard (patio) or in the spacious interior of the villa.

The interior of the Villa Panorama

The villa has a living area of approximately 105m². The interior includes a fully equipped modern kitchen, a large dining and living room with access to the terrace and patio, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the eastern part of the villa, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom are easily separated by an intermediate door.
The new, modern kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, a large refrigerator, an electric cooker, a wine fridge, an additional grill, a microwave, a toaster and all the necessary appliances to make your cooking easier.
A large flat screen TV in the living room allows you to receive all international TV and radio channels via ASTRA satellite and the local Spanish TV channels via DTV antenna.

The perfect place for a relaxing siesta is the large, sunny terrace (with awning) with its beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the offshore hills of the coastal strip. In the spacious inner courtyard (patio) you can find a shady spot under a large orange tree and listen to the splashing of the fountain and the chirping of the crickets.

Communal area & pool

The newly renovated, huge pool and the large garden area are only accessible to the residents of the small community.
This communal area offers plenty of space for relaxing moments or even a great barbecue on the large terrace next to the pool.

Long-term rental details & rental prices

We generally only offer long-term rentals (see details on minimum rental period below), as we want you to be able to use this place for as long as you like. Make yourself at home at Villa Panorama and enjoy your time carefree.
Once you have felt this peaceful, relaxed atmosphere and seen this beautiful oasis of tranquillity, enjoyed the luxurious furnishings of the villa and the beauty of the garden area with its huge pool, you will probably think of staying forever.

When booking, you must accept the following terms and conditions:
- Maximum occupancy of four guests
- Minimum age of guests 18 years
- No pets
- Smoking is not allowed in the rooms
- House and community rules must be respected

As Villa Panorama is located in a small residential complex, please respect the privacy of our friendly neighbours and be mindful of maintaining the peaceful tranquillity of this special place.

Minimum rental period & price information

You can rent the Luxury Villa Panorama for your long term stay only!
The minimum rental period is 3 months in summer (May - October) and 4 months in winter (November - April).

In winter the price is 65€/day, in summer 105€/day. Gas and water are charged according to consumption. Internet / Wifi costs 2€/day.
