You will find a typical, fully renovated Tuscan farmhouse, composed of the owner's part and two comfortably furnished apartments for our guests. Outside, there is a lot of space for relaxing, with swimming pool, track for bowls, barbecue, pizza oven, big stones that serve as tables and seats, with a panoramic view of the Val di Cornia until the sea and the Island of Elba.

THE APARTMENT LE VOLTE of 70 sqm is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to five adults and one child. It is composed of:
-living room with double sofa bed and a fireplace that heats with hot air the entire apartment
-bedroom with double bed and single bed with vaulted ceiling. The living room and the bed room are separated by an arch with curtain
-bathroom and anteroom with washbasin
-kitchen – dining room with door toward the swimming pool

METHOD OF BOOKING AND PAYMENT:
Request by contact module, telephone or e-mail. We will inform you on the availability, the total amount and how to effect the down payment (30 % of the amount). On receipt of the down payment, we will confirm your booking. The balance will be paid upon arrival.
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days of stay, the down payment will be retained.
PERIODS OF STAY:
The weekly stays are prefered with arrival and departure on Saturday. For different days of arrival and/or departure, as well as for short stays, please contact us. Prices for not mentioned periods on request.

PRICES are intended with 2 adults. For every additional adult you will pay € 84-98/week, for a child aged 3-14 years € 42-49. Children under 3 years are free of charge. Dogs € 3/day.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Bed linen and towels (changed weekly), use of swimming pool, deck chairs, parasols, track bowls, barbecue, pizza oven, water, electricity, gas, heating, Internet, taxes.
NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:
Final cleaning € 50, Tassa di Soggiorno", use of the washing machine and tumble dryer, mountain bike hire.

Our farm is located in a peaceful area over the Cornia Valley, between Volterra, Massa Marittima, Cecina and Follonica, nearby the hamlet of Lagoni Rossi in the municipality of Pomarance. The nearest village is Lustignano (7km), a nice medieval place with shopping facility, post office and restaurant.
Part of our land that embraces 28 ha is cultivated with fruit- and olive-trees, and a good part, covered with wood and typical mediterranean scrub with a rich fauna, invites to be explored. San Guglielmo is an ideal starting point for visiting localities with touristic, historical and cultural interest, as well as the geothermal areas around Larderello. Nature reserves, archeological parks and beautiful beaches are easy to reach. In the nearby villages that have preserved their original characteristics you will find excellent restaurants with typical Tuscan cuisine and delicious wines. We are surrounded by renowned wine-growing regions.
