For instance of cancellation or untimely start we use the Austrian gastronomy cancellation conditions (AGBH 2006)
•3 months before the agreed date of arrival: no cancellation fee
•1 month before the date of arrival: 40% of the total agreed price
•2 weeks before the date of arrival: 70% of the total agreed price
•within the last 2 weeks preceding the date of arrival or no check in: 90% of the total agreed price
