In the beautiful hills of Tuscany, between Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra, San Gimignano and Siena, in Peccioli lies our converted farmhouse from 1780 with seven apartments and a beautiful swimming pool. Between olive trees and vineyards it is wonderful to relax. Here you can really enjoy La Vita Serena and spend a beautiful vacation in the heart of Tuscany.

In high season (July and August) Anna-Rosa is a wonderful place, especially for children and their parents. They can play on our farm with trampoline, playhouse and swings and of course splash in our swimming pool. A visit to the chickens is also not to be missed. In the cozy reception area there are baskets full of toys for all ages and a play closet. Complete your vacation with our baby/child package.

In low season: April, May, June, September and October, Agriturismo Anna Rosa is also a valid place for couples, clubs of friends or colleagues for team building activities. Enjoy the beautiful weather and the view. Relax, stroll through our olive groves or choose one of the beautiful trails we have for you. Visit Lucca, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa and Volterra, they are all nearby. Eat, enjoy and experience all the beauty that the heart of Tuscany offers.

Agriturismo Anna-Rosa is beautifully located in the Tuscan hills, halfway between Pisa and Florence, in the village of Legoli (municipality of Peccioli).
Strangely and fortunately, this is still one of the least visited areas of Tuscany, although it has everything to offer a real Tuscan vacation. Thus, from the agriturismo, the impressive cities of Pisa, Lucca, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra and Siena are easily reached by car. The Tuscan coast is also only 35 minutes away by car. There are several hiking trails nearby. Fuccessio, a town on the pilgrimage route, the Via Francigena, is only 30 km away. Nearby you can also play golf on the beautiful golf course of Castelfalfi.
