Beautiful holiday home in the middle of the picturesque landscape of inland Istria. The house was newly built in 2010 and has enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together. It is new and modern and the extensive equipment offers the comfort you need for your vacation. The ground floor houses a large kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one of which is suitable for the disabled (wheelchair accessible, with an electric care bed if required, which we provide free of charge). On the first floor there are 6 more double bedrooms and an additional single bedroom. Each bedroom with a bathroom (shower/toilet), one with a corner bath, offers pure luxury. On the beautifully landscaped and closed property, a 36sqm swimming pool with an outdoor shower invites you to cool off. Furthermore, there is a large 5 sqm cold room on the terrace, so you have enough space to cool your drinks and food. In the garden there is also a stone grill where you can prepare delicious dishes on the grill and enjoy them in a relaxing atmosphere and natural surroundings. The house is a good starting point for trips to well-known tourist destinations in Istria: Rabac, Pula, Rovinj and Porec.
All of Istria can be explored within a 25-minute drive. There are numerous family farms and households in the vicinity of the villa offering authentic dishes and experiences.
