The fantastic detached villa is located just a few meters from the famous sandy beach Gennemari and conveniently located directly opposite the supermarket, fishmonger, butcher, pizzeria/restaurant and ATM. The large, richly planted garden with Mediterranean plants ensures absolute privacy. The property consists of a main building and an independent dependence. Beautiful the light-flooded living room (WiFi) in the main building with cozy fireplace corner and dining area. Directly connected to this is the well-equipped fitted kitchen. At the back of the house is the sleeping area, consisting of two double rooms (one with an extra bed) and a room with two beds. There is a guest toilet (washing machine) in the living area and a full shower-bathroom in the sleeping area. A shady terrace in front of the house and a large terrace behind the house with a spacious barbecue area invite you to linger, feast or read. The annex also has a full kitchen with a practical sofa bed, a shower room and a spacious double bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning (cold/warm), the windows of the bedrooms are equipped with mosquito nets. A gate in the back of the garden leads to an access road behind the house. There is also a brick-built outdoor shower with hot water in the garden, and several parking spaces are available.

Torre delle Stelle

This residential area is located on the southeast tip of Sardinia, about 20 km from Cagliari and 15 from Villasimius. It includes about 1200 houses. Torre delle Stelle is not a holiday resort! On the other hand, it is a small, naturally grown place with a healthy infrastructure. Two spacious, very beautiful sandy beaches (Genn’e Mari and Cann’e Sisa) with white, fine sand and crystal-clear, emerald-green water are interrupted in the residential area by an attractive rocky coast. The beaches are very child-friendly as the shore slopes gently into the sea.

In Torre delle Stelle there are grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and boutiques, several tennis courts, soccer fields, a riding school, a German-run diving school, a boat club and other diverse water sports. During the season, farmers from the surrounding area come to Torre delle Stelle to offer vegetables and fruit, but also homemade specialties of the country. In the summer months, kiosks are set up on the beaches, which are popular attractions, especially for young people, in the evening hours.
A first-aid station is also available to holidaymakers in Torre delle Stelle. The access roads in the villa settlement are not paved in order to preserve an overall picture that is as natural as possible.
