In the heart of Puglia, Casa di Saca, our holiday home, is nestled among beautiful, centuries-old olive trees. The house is just 8 kilometers from the sea and close to the tranquil town of Castellana Grotte, famous for its dripstone caves. Beautiful Monopoli and romantic Polignano a Mare are just a stone's throw away.

We have a large garden for relaxing, with several cozy seating areas. You also have access to an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities and, not to mention, a spacious swimming pool, the perfect place to relax.

Kitchen: Our fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. You'll find a dining table, stovetop, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher.

Bedrooms: Our holiday home offers four stylish bedrooms, each with a spacious double bed (1.80x2.00 m) and air conditioning for a pleasant night's sleep.

Bedroom 1 has a private balcony and the option to add an extra bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a sofa bed. Bedroom 3 can also accommodate an extra bed. Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor, perfect for those who prefer a ground-floor stay.

Bathrooms: Our holiday home has two stylish bathrooms, designed for your comfort and convenience.

Bathroom 1 is equipped with a spacious shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet.

Both bathrooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with all amenities for a relaxing stay.

Living room: Our living/dining room is spacious and comfortable. There are two sofas, two chairs, and a TV, so you can relax. The room has simple yet cozy Italian decor. It's a lovely place to eat together, watch TV, or simply relax.

Puglia offers a paradise for beach lovers, with stunning coastlines on both the Adriatic and Ionian Seas. Just a 15-minute drive away are tranquil coves along the Adriatic coast, such as Cala Porta Vecchia in Monopoli, ideal for a relaxing day by the water.

An hour further away you will find the golden beaches of the Ionian Sea, including the idyllic Baia dei Turchi and the crystal clear waters of Punta Prosciutto , where you can watch the sun rise and set on the same day.
