During the winter of 2021/2022, a new entryway was built, complete with a coat closet and restroom, as well as a brand-new bathroom featuring a walk-in rain shower, bathtub, and sink. The entire ground floor has been fitted with new PVC flooring. The utility room has also been renovated. Free Wi-Fi. The park is within walking distance of Lake Grevelingen, which features a small beach, a marina, a diving spot, and dining options. The village offers various restaurants, snack bars, and more. A Plus supermarket is located right next to the park. The North Sea beach is just a 5-minute walk away.

The vacation villa is centrally located near the main building, which offers various amenities such as a reception desk, terrace, laundry facility, and bike rental.

The park features various playground equipment, tennis courts, and a sports field for soccer, volleyball, table tennis, and basketball.

The vacation villa sits on a lot of approximately 400 m. The garden offers plenty of privacy thanks to the tall hedges. Due to the garden’s layout and the two terraces, you can enjoy the sun all day long.

The park is an excellent starting point for various day trips. These include a visit to the Oosterschelde Storm Surge Barrier (23 km) with the Deltapark Neeltje Jans and a boat tour on the Oosterschelde.

In addition, Zierikzee—with its many historic monuments, harbor, and charming town center—is located in the immediate vicinity (11 km), as are Burgh Haamstede (14 km) and the tourist seaside resort of Renesse (6 km).
