The living room with dining area has doors to a large terrace with two dining tables and chairs, partially covered by a triangular shade so you can sit in the shade. From the terrace, you can walk directly to the private pool, which measures approximately 5 x 7 metres. There are steps into the pool and the floor slopes gently from approximately 50 cm to over 2 metres, so your children can stand at the shallow end of the pool. The living room is equipped with air conditioning, which can also be used to heat the room in winter. There is also a cosy wood-burning stove (wood included in the price) which creates a lovely warm atmosphere in the winter months. So, it is also a nice holiday home for people who want to spend the winter here. Pets are generally welcome, pets allowed on request. There is a spacious double bedroom with aircon and a ceiling fan. The bedroom with air conditioning has a small terrace where you can enjoy the morning sun, and there is a large wardrobe for clothes. There is also a smaller bedroom with a double bed. Very nice for children, but also comfortable and large enough for adults. Both bedrooms have access to a luxurious bathroom with two sinks with mirrors, a toilet and a large shower. Hairdryers for the ladies are available in both bathrooms.
