Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms. Max 6 people. Fully equipped with air conditioner (Fujitsu), televisions, DVD player, Hi-Fi (Sanyo). microwave.....etc. Can smoke (with ventilation) but no smoking in the bedrooms. Has shower, hot water is instantly heated so do not have to wait for a tank to heat up. so always have hot water. Has kitchen, approx 7m2. with 4 gas hobs, double sink, electric oven, fridge/ freezer. No ascensor but not many stairs. above small road with almost no traffic. Has double glazing on main bedroom and bedroom 2, good for noise. Many excellent local bars and restaurants like Carmelitas, Dostrece, Ratown, Reina del Raval, Marmalade, Candela, Granja de Gava.... PRICES: Winter 3 or 4 people = 60 €/night, 5 people= 70 €/night, 6 people =80 €/night. Summer:- 3 or 4 people = 70 €/night, 5 people =80 €/night, 6 people =90 €/night. Cleaning 0€. If arrive at apartment after 22.00 then extra charge, depends on time, 22:30 or 02:00.
