Particularly pleasant is the large terrace, in part covered with a roof and ceiled beams and typical Sicilian brick work, with fantastic, wide view over the sea, a big oven and a small, fully equipped kitchen directly nearby.

In the inside areas, on two levels (each one 70 sqm), each room has its own balcony with sea view. On the first floor there is another fully equipped kitchen and spacious living room, one 2 bedroom and one toilet. Upstairs on the second floor there are other 2 bedrooms (one double, one 2 bed) and the bathroom/shower. The both 2 bedrooms can be transformed in double bedroom.

Further equipment: washing machine, tv, hairdryer, toaster, fence around the whole property with private parking place inside.

Rates:

October - June: from 70 euro/day (for 2 persons, each extra bed + 10 euro)
July, September: from 80 euro/day (for 2 persons, each extra bed + 10 euro)
August: from 90 euro/day (for 2 persons, each extra bed + 10 euro)
